Apps that use an account: BeNow and Sentari

BeNow and Sentari are AI crypto trading apps. To do their job they need an account, and they collect only the data required to run for you:

• Your email address, used to create your account and sign you in.
• The exchange (Kraken) API key and secret you choose to provide. These are encrypted before they are stored and are never kept in plaintext. They are scoped to trade permission only, can never be used to withdraw your funds, and are used solely to place the trades you enable.
• Financial and portfolio data tied to your account, such as your exchange balances, trade history, and the capital you allocate.
• Your device push-notification token, used to send the signal and trade alerts you turn on.

We use this data only to operate the app for you: to generate signals, to connect to your exchange and place the trades you enable, to send the alerts you choose, and to answer your support questions. Your assets always remain in your own exchange account; BerryBox never takes custody of them.

Sero

Sero helps 1099 creators estimate what to set aside for taxes. It keeps as much as possible on your device: receipt images are scanned on your iPhone and are never uploaded. To compute your estimates and organize your finances, Sero stores the income and expense entries you add to your account, and it can use AI to help categorize transactions. Subscriptions are handled through Apple. Your data is never sold and is never used to train AI models.

Where your data is processed

For the apps that need a backend, we rely on a small number of providers, each acting as our processor and each with its own privacy practices:

• Google Firebase, for account sign-in and data storage (BeNow and Sentari).
• Google Cloud, for backend processing such as generating signals and validating subscriptions.
• Kraken, to connect to and place trades on your linked exchange account (BeNow and Sentari).
• Supabase, for the Sero app's backend.
• Anthropic (the Claude API), for the AI-assisted categorization in Sero. It processes only what is needed for that feature and does not use it to train models.
• RevenueCat, for managing subscriptions in Sero.
• Stripe, for Sentari's subscription billing on the web.
• Apple, for App Store purchases and subscriptions. We receive no card details or identity information from a purchase.
• Vercel, for hosting our websites, which gives us only anonymous, aggregate page-view counts.

These providers maintain their own GDPR and CCPA practices. None of them receive your data for advertising, and we use no advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.

Data retention and deletion

For the account-based apps, we keep your data only while your account is active. You can delete your account and its associated data from inside the app, in Settings; when you do, we remove your personal data and any encrypted credentials from our active systems. For the apps that store everything on your device, deleting the app deletes the data, because no copy exists anywhere else.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about you.
• Delete your account and the data associated with it, which you can do from within the app in Settings.
• Disconnect a linked exchange account at any time (BeNow and Sentari).

You can manage deletion in the app, and for any other request email us at support@berryboxdev.com.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. BeNow and Sentari involve financial trading and are intended only for adults 18 and older.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and if a future version of an app ever changes what it collects, we will update this policy and the app's App Store privacy label before that version ships.
