What to include

You do not have to, but these help us help you faster:

• Which app you are writing about, and the version if you know it.
• Your device and iOS version, for anything that looks like a bug.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot, if one would show it more clearly than words.

Your account and your data

How your data works depends on the app, and you are always in control of it:

• BeNow and Sentari use an account. You can delete your account and the data tied to it from inside the app, in Settings.
• Whenwise and the Sero calculators keep everything on your device. Deleting the app deletes the data, because there is no copy anywhere else.

Subscriptions and billing

On iPhone, subscriptions are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription in the App Store under your account's Subscriptions, and refunds are requested through Apple. Sentari also offers a subscription on the web, billed through our payment provider and managed from your account settings there.
