What our apps are, and are not

• BeNow and Sentari provide AI-generated buy, sell, and hold signals and optional automated trading through an exchange account you connect (Kraken). They are not a brokerage, exchange, or financial advisor, and they do not guarantee the accuracy or profitability of any signal or trade.
• Sero provides estimates to help you organize your finances and set money aside for taxes. It is not a tax preparer, accountant, or financial advisor, it does not file returns, and it does not move your money. Nothing in it is tax, legal, or financial advice.
• Whenwise provides educational estimates of Social Security benefits using the Social Security Administration's published formula. It is not financial advice, and it is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Social Security Administration.

Risk and estimates

Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk. Markets can be volatile and unpredictable, and when you use BeNow or Sentari you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions, that past performance is not indicative of future results, and that you may lose part or all of your investment. Use of these Services is at your own risk.

Sero and Whenwise produce estimates based only on the information you provide, and those estimates may not reflect your complete situation. They are not a substitute for professional advice. Confirm important decisions with a qualified professional before you act on them.

Subscriptions and billing

Some of our apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features.

• On iPhone, paid plans are charged through the App Store under your Apple ID. Sentari also offers a subscription on the web, billed through our payment provider.
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your App Store settings on iPhone, or in your account settings on the web. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled under Apple's policies.

Connecting an exchange

BeNow and Sentari can place trades on your behalf only when you connect an exchange (Kraken) API key and enable trading. We ask you to grant trade permission only. The apps can never withdraw funds from your exchange, and your assets remain in your own exchange account at all times. You can pause trading or remove your keys at any time.

Your responsibilities

When you use a Service, you agree to:

• Use it only for lawful purposes.
• Keep your account credentials and any linked API keys secure.
• Grant only the exchange permissions the app needs to trade, and never withdrawal permission.
• Monitor your own account for activity.
• Keep your app and browser up to date.

You must not misuse a Service or interfere with its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BerryBox and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect losses, including financial loss or loss of data.
• Technical failures, software bugs, or third-party outages.
• Missed trades, delayed trades, incorrect signals, or inaccurate estimates.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with a Service is to stop using it.

Third-party services

Our Services rely on third parties, including Kraken, Apple, and the processors listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to a Service at any time for a violation of these terms or for suspected misuse.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of a Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms. Please review this page periodically.
